I really liked our appts together, when I can schedule them. It is hard to get appointments and have any questions answered. I am on a medication that there is a shortage of and trying to get next steps or questions answered is almost impossible. It takes a week when I send a message through the office portal and questions still not answered. The PA will answer eventually, but if I have follow up questions, the PA doesn't know the answer to, it takes another 3-4 business days for a response. It is really frustrating. The front desk staff is rude most of the time and I have seen the other support staff and they are not friendly or helpful either. Really disappointing, since when I do meet with Dr Long, it is great. But all the support staff and followup is really frustrating
