I am beyond disappointed. I have waited months to get in to see Dr. Marcanthony. I was having a horrible day yesterday. I am a transportation supervisor for a school district. I have to drive an hour to get to Wooster. I had drivers calling off right before I left. Obviously I had to make sure they were covered before I left. Of course when one is already running late, you get behind every slow moving vehicle you can. Needless to say, I got to the Dr's office 10 min late. By the time the young lady behind the desk looked me up, it was 13 min. So of course she tells the Dr I was 15 min. late. Now having said that, I have waited for the Dr for close to an hour or more on MANY occasions. I apologized, I explained how badly my afternoon was going. They insisted I would have to reschedule. They did not care how long I traveled or the problems I was having that day. I asked to speak to the office manager. She showed up about 20 minutes later. So I can sit there for 20 minut
