Patient Reviews
Feb 29, 2024
His answering service is VERY rude and unprofessional. They do not listen to the patients, love to interrupt, and do not follow up at any time. I have waited 3 months to see the Dr. and due to an issue with another Christ Hospital employee, my appointment was cancelled without my consent. I called to find out why and that is when I experienced nothing but rudeness and runaround from the answering staff. I was able to fix the issues created by the other Christ employee 7 days prior to my appointment and I was told that I would have to wait another 2 months. I will be moving all my health care including my primary over to Mercy.
