I started seeing her around 2017-2018. She was very down to earth and friendly AT FIRST. It didn’t take very many visits and I started to feel like I was just another number to her. Not a patient anymore. Many problems have happened with my last visits. It took 4 months to get a sleep study set up. Her staff might be the issue with this. But there has been so many problems with coding correctly for insurance to approve and bill. Prescriptions take forever for approval now with her. And her staff (nurses) are very unfriendly to me. I’m currently on day 4 of no response through the my chart messaging. And I’ve seen they’ve read the messages. But I have yet to receive a response. I don’t know if she has taken on too many patients or what is going on. But I will personally be on the search for a new PCP after this.
