I am close to someone that sees Dr Shah and am considering maybe seeing her myself. I actually advocate and scrutinize everything. The family member seeing her at first had something that was alarming, but she turned out likely spot on 100 on something related that wasn't even her field. But also caused issues in every day life on the emotional end to.While scrutinizing that, I have since seen little reason to accept Dr Shah's thoughts at face value. And will be trying to schedule with her myself on getting better and living my Neurodivergent life to soon enough as I build to better days.I am full proxy on the family member and HIPPA has been signed by that party so I am even in the conversation at times. This isn't just an outsider looking in ;)
