Patient Reviews

I was referred to Dr. Shah after a visit to Citi MD They told me they could get a quick appt at a facility that had cat scan services on the premises. Citi MD could not see anything in my ears, nose or throat. I met with Dr. Shah for about 5 minutes. She looked in my ears and throat and told me she was sending me for a hearing test and would put in for preapproval for a cat scan. I agreed to have the hearing test although I KNEW I did not need one. Then was told I could not have a cat scan that day. Days later I eventually got a script for the cat scan and went for it. I was then told Dr. Shah would not read me the results over the phone and that the first appt. to tell me the results would be in 3 weeks at a location 30 minutes from my house. I had the results interpreted by another ENT doctor. I THEN received an EOB saying that I had 'surgery' and many other charges totaling over $1,200.00. The most appalling dr. visit I have ever had and charged for services not performed.
