I would love to give this Dr. five stars as she presents herself in a very pleasant manner but unfortunately, I cannot. Due to the fact that she includes nonfactual statements in her visit notes which says to me that she has not thoroughly read my initial claim and, or MOI and this has happened with more than one visit and or visit note and has interfered with my treatment. Sad to say, it makes her appear incompetent, regardless of her MD status. I was able to appeal one of Dr. Arredondo’s decisions and it was approved by the QME. I am now seeking to change another decision she made based on information that is NOT connected with my MOI. And shame on the KP administration for allow this as I’ve brought this to their attention and it fell on deaf ears. With all due respect,only if she would read.
