Outstanding Breast Surgeon — Skilled, Compassionate, and Truly Supportive Dr. Shelly Ahmann is an exceptional surgeon and one of the best decisions I made during my breast cancer journey. Diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer and an initially large 5.6 cm tumor (stage 3), I was overwhelmed and scared. From our very first meeting, Dr. Ahmann changed everything. She took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in clear, understandable terms, answered all my questions patiently, and gave me realistic hope without sugarcoating. She performed my lumpectomy with excellent results — clear margins, sentinel nodes negative, and a strong response to neoadjuvant therapy. Her surgical skill and attention to detail are outstanding. Throughout the process, she has been straightforward, honest, and genuinely caring — qualities that mean everything when you're facing cancer. Dr. Ahmann is highly experienced (decades in surgery with a focused breast practice), works with a great team

I am very happy with Dr. Ahmann. She has a wonderful bedside manner! She's been very considerate of my feelings, very comforting, patient with all of my questions and always responds when I send her a message. She has treated me with great respect, and all of my questions were treated as important, no matter how silly they were. I highly recommend her!
