I work at a hospital and I was reaching out to this doctor to get medical clearance for a mutual patient and the receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. He would not give his name.As a result of his behavior(by the way, he refused to send the medical clearance for the child) the child's surgery was cancelled.He hung up on me several times over the course of bother days)I'm sure Dr. Purcell is an amazing doctor but the office staff needs to be replaced with someone more professional.
