This doctor's lack of attentiveness and understanding has been frustrating. My father has been experiencing pain for over a month, and despite our efforts to have him referred to a GI specialist, the doctor has not taken action. Additionally, her frequent unavailability and lack of response to emails and calls have been concerning. She even canceled my father's appointments twice, despite knowing the difficulty of scheduling and his pain. Due to her irresponsibility, we were compelled to switch to a different healthcare provider.
