Our experience in the past was always rushed & Dr. Guide never had time but we tried again to book an appt hoping for the best. We booked our appt three months in advance. Office was not accommodating to our work schedules. We requested days off work only to have the office call & cancel so had to reschedule. We finally were able to go in & arrived the office 20 minutes early. We waited in the waiting area only to be called in where we went into patient room where we waited nearly two hours for Dr. Guide to arrive. We had a list of questions, but Dr. Guide was once again rushed and what seemed like the blink of an eye Dr. Guide was in & out & did not have time for our questions and asked to reschedule for another appt. Heard other patients complaining We had to take time off work, missed most of the day & had to pay copays but received very little care. We are very disappointed w/our experience & hope that others do not experience the same. Dr. does not value patients time.
