I absolutely hate that I have to make negative remarks referencing this doctors bedside manner. Having a background in healthcare leads me to have compassion for patients and the way they are treated from beginning to end. Shirin showed no empathy today after her office made a mistake and schedule an appointment on a day in which they did not have written down. There was no record of correction, or bot call confirming a different date in which her scheduler could clearly see after seeing all messages received on the patients cell. The scheduler continued to reference short staffing on the day the appointment was made, and that the office was busy. After a long drive over 50 miles one way, this doctor knew the story and not one time did she come out to apologize for the office error, or show concern for the visit. After this incident case closed! There will be no additional visits or recommendations to connect with she or her dedicated scheduler again! Done Deal.
