I understand everyone has a bad day every know and then so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I found her to be consistently unprepared, uncaring and frankly disinterested in serving patients. The first 10 minutes of every appointment has her sitting before me silently just reading 'my chart' to familiarize herself. Then she would ask questions she just read the answer to. During the process I have had to make several corrections because she takes sloppy notes. The majority of my appointment is spent just giving her updates from other physicians and reminding her of health issues. Though she is a pcp who is supposed to coordinate care, she does not reach out to other docs to do so. after updating her, I ask for her opinion of what to do next she abruptly stands up and says we are out of time and has to see the next patient. Unfortunately she lacks the curiosity that makes for a good diagnostician and lacks the compassion that makes for a good doctor.
