Unfortunately this doctor was assigned to us when we needed an endocrinologist consult. She was 15 minutes late to a video appointment, was completely dismissive of my family members concern and diagnosis, she did not bother to explain why this diagnosis was being given when only 2 issues where checking the box for the diagnosis and then she did not even bother to explain what could be done to prevent complications. When we followed up with one question through the messaging app this doctor basically told us to speak to our PCP about it. She is supposed to be the specialist and really showed very little knowledge and MUCH MORE IMPORTANT, she showed very little care or concern to a young adult that was given a scary diagnosis.
