Dr. Banegas performed a Carotid endarterectomy for me. I had different densities of plaque in my carotid artery. She removed all the obstructions and saved me from a possible stroke. Dr. Banegas makes you feel like a friend that truly cares about you. She does hurry you through her office but takes time to explain the procedure and how she can help. Gifted doctors like her are rare these days. I can only be grateful I was referred to her to let her perform her magic. 'I can fix it and here is how.' Many doctors are too busy to take the time.
