Today, the doctor personally came out to greet us in the waiting room, which immediately set a warm and reassuring tone. During the appointment, she thoroughly explained all the technical findings from my recent tests. She took the time to walk us through every option, answering questions clearly and thoughtfully.After a detailed discussion involving both myself and my wife, we all agreed — based on the findings and her expertise — not to proceed with any surgical intervention at this time. Her approach was factual, honest, and even laced with a great sense of humor.Simply put, it doesn’t get better than her.
