'I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Silpa Rao. During a visit to discuss my health management, the provider became visibly agitated when I asked clarifying questions about my treatment. She stated she 'did not appreciate being interrupted' and left the exam room before our conversation was complete. The office later ended our relationship rather than addressing my concerns about being involved in my own care. I believe patients have a right to clear communication and should be treated as partners in their health. I would suggest finding a provider who values open dialogue.'
