Horrible experience with office staff. Twice forgotten, reminded them I was still in waiting room. Seen an hour after appointment time. Never see the doctor there. Nonexistent. Strong disagreement with PA. Will sort it out and be in touch with PAB/MBC tomorrow for further guidance.
