In 2020, I sought to fix a broken nose. After my initial procedure, an osteoma formed on my nose bridge. A year later, the surgeon suggested using cartilage from my ear to even out my nose bridge during a revision. On the surgery day, she seemed to forget this plan until I reminded her, and had me sign a new consent form before I was wheeled in. Post-revision, I noticed a bump on my nose tip, which turned out to be the cartilage graft poking through. She claimed it was due to unexpected tissue drooping and suggested further surgery. I consulted other doctors, who confirmed her mistakes. The surgeon and her assistant were unprofessional. Her assistant was particularly unkind during the COVID-19 pandemic. When discussing a third surgery, her assistant acted oblivious to the graft issue and dismissed my concerns rudely. I have friends in the medical field who have worked with her, and she is known for being disorganized.
