Very professional, seems to genuinely care. Calm, very supportive, and took the time to answer my questions. Outlined a treatment plan and asked if I was comfortable with it. Explained medication options and benefits, and discussed other resources available to me. I felt safe and in good hands, and you really can't ask more than that during an initial visit.
