He did my back stimulator implant surgery When I went back for my scheduled follow up appointment I was informed he had left the country. I was not informed prior to my appointment. I told his office manager I had to have my second back surgery, she told me that the back stimulator was supposed to fix my back. She and the Dr ignored my CT image I provided them from Dr Spitz prior to surgery. My first fusion was botched only having two screws and a spacer under sized and it was going to break if I did not have the revision surgery done. This is all true.
