I have been a patient of Dr. Bhatia for several years now, as doctors go, I have no complaints (although he always seems to be in a hurry), but the way the “business” is conducted leaves a lot to be desired.His medical assistant called me and told me my x-ray came back negative. I asked to speak to Dr. Bhatia regarding the next steps; I was denied over and over again. The x-rays coming back negative was a really good thing of course however, I still had issues with my breathing that needed questions answered by Dr. Bhatia. When Dr. Bhatia agreed to talk to me, for less than five minutes, unbeknownst to me it was billed as a full appointment to my insurance; perhaps he should’ve been the person to place the first phone call! I will be looking for a new primary care, physician. Nice guy, bad approach to medicine!
