Dr Sonya Shah, who I saw in May 2023, had no doctor diagnosis skills or demeanor of a PCP. I was looking for a new PCP and, after the one visit and referrals to not highly regarding doctors, I knew I would not return. The office also billed my insurance as though she was a specialist (higher copay) which I'm still battling in 2024.
