Made an appt Oct 14 in person with referral. Gave insurance card to clerk. Today Oct 21, one day before appt. Gal calls did not identify herself and left voice mail and canceled the appt. Said they do not take my insurance. Poor poor customer service and timeliness of cancelation. Do not recommend the office because of lack of patient consideration in not only timeliness of cancellation but I asked her in person if they took the insurance. Patients come last but money first maybe,
