Patient Reviews

I will never visit this office again. The staff is unprofessional, the doctor was rude and condescending, and the patient chair had dirty slimy red stuff on it.My fiancé broke her wrist Saturday afternoon, Instacare gave her a splint that day, and on Monday we saw Dr Richards.I have never been treated this horribly at a doctor’s office before. This doctor told us that it’s “unheard of” to ask for prescription pain pills after breaking a bone less than two days prior. He talked down to us like we were children. He basically said that we don’t know how to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen to manage pain.…except she had already been taking OTC medicine exactly how he told us to and was still up all night crying in pain. But her pain is “unheard of” according to him.The assistant making the splint, because they thought Instacare’s splint was bad, made a splint that didn’t even cover the broken wrist. It was unusable. There are more bad things that happened, but I’m out of space.
