I had surgery for four hernias performed by Dr. Spencer Park Kirk several weeks ago, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since the surgery, I've been dealing with ongoing pain and complications, yet getting proper follow-up care has been impossible. My post-surgery follow-up appointments have been rescheduled twice, each time with a different excuse. This is on top of the fact that my pre-surgery appointments were also repeatedly rescheduled. It's unacceptable to pay for a surgery and then be neglected in the critical post-operative period. The lack of care and disregard for my health is astounding. It feels like they are more interested in finding excuses than in actually taking care of their patients. I’m still suffering from pain and unresolved issues, and the constant delays have only made things worse. I would not recommend Dr. Spencer Park Kirk to anyone who values their health and expects basic professionalism. The lack of care and accountability is deeply disappointing.
