I visited Dr. Henry because I needed his Psychiatric evaluation in order to receive my Aviation special issuance since I used Adderall in my teens for ADHD. From the beginning Dr. Henry was accommodating with the appointment and he was on time for the appt. He was super professional and extremely easy to talk to. I'm the nervous type and even though I was being evaluated I never felt pressured. He was specific with his questions and made the experience very smooth with the respect he showed me and the things we spoke about. The results of the evaluation certainly affect what type of review people might leave him. I was being evaluated for my dependence on Adderall, considering I stopped immediately after High School, never asked for another prescription and had been doing fine in my work/personal life. Get clean, life and paperwork in order and everything will be alright. The evaluation was long at least two or three hours with a break. Two weeks later I had a copy of his report.
