Dr. Gockel may be a good Dr but I couldn't get an appointment. There procedure to make an appointment as told by their staff is to come in pick up the forms go home compete the forms drive back and deliver the forms, wait for staff to input forms into system then wait for them to call and setup an appointment. I did on this on a Monday and as of Wednesday still haven't received a call with my appointment date.
