My mother had first stage of dental implant with Dr. Fetters and it was a terrible experience. She gave no instructions but relied me asking her questions. We were called later the day of procedure that she had to redo the suture because she reviewed the x-ray and she thought that another technique would be better. She told me that it was the best time to do it so I told her that the best time was before the procedure not after. She also tried to use catgut suture. I told her that my mother was allergic to it but she said that it wasn't on the chart. I told her it wasn't on the chart because you never asked me and now I had to stop you because I knew she was allergic to it. The suture also fell off before the follow up visit even after she did it twice. She got offended when I suspected her competence and dropped my mother as a patient.
