Absolutely terrible experience. Dentist’s Office terminated network coverage with my provider, but claims it’s not their responsibility to notify me. My appointment was a few months after coverage ended. The receptionist didn’t inform me that I was seeing an out of network provider, even though I asked. The hygienist repeatedly talked about service that would be covered by insurance and even submitted a future filling to see if my insurance would cover it. Office claims that they are in no way liable for communicating that information to me. And that if I didn’t want to pay the bill, they would just submit it to collections. Complexly unwilling to see my perspective or take any responsibility when they needed coverage. Watch out if you dental insurance and visit this provider.
