I’ve always been disappointed with Dr Coleman’s approach to my health. I’ve been seeing him for a decade plus and he still doesn’t know the basics about my health visit to visit, doesn’t provide much insight on my annual blood work not even my name. He’s a very medicine 1.0 Dr, treats his patients like a checklist. I would describe his approach as apathetic at best, uncaring at worst. But his staff, particularly Jennifer, is just incompetent and probably makes the entire experience unbearable. Allowing requests for Medications to go unresolved for years, no customer care, no follow up, no genuine interest in my care at all. Shame on me for staying with Foothill Family Clinic as long as I have. I’d strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
