The one star is for the receptionist. I had been going to Dr. Fluger for 6 years and last year had a horrible experience with the receptionist which made me cancel booking my 6 month cleaning. I called back today to make an appointment and again had a horrible experience over the phone to where I was hung up and told to find a different office.I then went to the office in hopes of rectifying the situation and she slammed the window and told me 'get out of hear' while she shooed me away with her hand. I then stood in the door way to and she said ' and ill slam... close the door too' She was overly agressive and nasty for no reason.
