Dr Dalton is inconsiderate and incompetent. His pre-op explanation of the outcome was completely false and his stitching created a scar twice as big as it should have been. He then charged me $80 for a 10min post op visit to discuss the mistake he made and displayed zero empathy, no compassion and wouldn't even acknowledge his part of creating the issue.
