My father was in the hospital and needed an ENT consult. Dr Griffith was called and said he couldn’t do anything but we could make an office appointment for later in the week. Without any images he started talking surgery for the 86 year old. We saw a different ENT the next day who actually scoped my dad and determined he didn’t need surgery. The new ENT offered a prescription that solved the problem. All of this could have been done in the hospital but Dr Griffith didn’t want to put in the time on a Sunday afternoon.
