This practice just changed to appointment days for allergy shots. I showed up on the day I was given and checked in. after 30 minutes and numerous people going before me I asked if I was checked in and the front desk said I was. When I went back to get my shot I said why did all of those people go in front of me I checked in first? They said you did not have an appointment today so you just have to wait until everyone with an appoint goes first. Well I did have an appointment, you made it for me last month. You wanted me to come in on a Monday and I told you I could only come on Thursdays and you said you changed it. Oh well were sorry- So they did not book me an appointment and I was punished and had to wait until everyone else went first? This is just wrong. If your there first they should just take you. You should not have to wait until there are no other patients. This new policy will make many patients angry. I am not happy with the new service.
