We do not recommend this surgeon because of his unprofessional "jokes" and manner with patients and family, and his failure to return post-op hospital on-call messages in a timely manner from the night RN. It took three hours to get the issue resolved. We like and use other doctors at ARC and have never encountered a problem with any other physician there. The problem is with Dr. Hanschen not the ARC clinics or other doctors or staff.
