Dr. Hornak has on more than one occasion failed to meet appointments at the scheduled time, without informing anyone he was running late. Last time I agreed to change appointment time and date for the convenience of the office. During most appointments problematic areas were discussed without directly addressing the questions and/or complaint. Staff seems to not be the most efficient I have encountered at other facilities. Would not recommend him, unless it was under an emergency situation.
