Great bedside manner and excellent credentials, however in the two visits I have with him you only spent 5 minutes one time 10 minutes another time and from the discussion we had it was apparent he had not reviewed my medical records that he had access to going back over 10 years, and in the notes he posted that is accessible to the patient he completely misstated several key items that have a direct bearing on my situation
