My wife had a serious wrist fracture needing surgery, and was lucky to get an appointment on Thursday with Dr. OConnell, who had come highly recommended. After meeting with Dr. OConnell he told us he was completely booked, but said he would come in on Friday his day off to do the procedure. On Friday when it came time for the surgery a complication occurred which prevented the operation. Dr. OConnell along with his Nurse Norma scrambled to get an opening the following Friday, which was the day Dr. OConnells vacation, was to start. Dr.OConnell performed the surgery, and we'll be forever grateful. Dr. OConnell and his staff are true professionals.
