Our experience was incredibly disappointing. We sought care for my daughter’s gastrointestinal symptoms, including IBS that had shifted from diarrhea to constipation with painful fissure tears. Given her complex medical history and diagnoses, we hoped for a physician who would take the time to listen, acknowledge the challenges she faces, and provide thoughtful guidance. Instead, the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. There was little empathy or reassurance, and her concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. We left feeling like we were an inconvenience rather than patients seeking help. A knowledgeable physician is important, but compassion and respectful communication matter just as much, especially when caring for patients with complex medical conditions. We left without feeling heard, supported, or confident in the care provided.

Dr. was arrogant, condescending and patronizing and did so in a nice tone of voice which was strange. It was obvious from the beginning of the appointment that he had diagnosed my girl based on little information. His notes were disingenuous and implied I was “overly” concerned about my girl’s condition. She felt unheard and invalidated. Apparently anxiety causes all medical issues.
