The first thing that stood out was Lamar at the front desk. No matter a physician's degrees, education, or certifications, the first impression of the physician is formed upon initial interaction with his staff. Lamar was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I am happy to say Dr. Krasner was the same, and extremely thorough and pointed in his questions. I didn't feel rushed or squeezed in. My husband has had heart issues for years. I've listened to numerous doctors question him with a series of 90,000 foot level inquiries. It was apparent that each of Dr. Krasner's questions was predicated on the last answer my husband provided. After 5 minutes with Dr. Krasner, I was 100% confident that this was finally the doctor that would get to the bottom of things.
