Patient Reviews
Aug 07, 2023
The staff seemed unconcerned and bordering on rude when asked about looking at my daughter’s tube in her ear that had become lodged and was not allowing her ear to drain. She was in pain and already a patient of this doctor. They refused to even look at her ear without scheduling a hearing test first and the soonest appointment was over a month away, then an appointment had to be made after that to see the doctor. I was told her primary care doctor should treat it until she had the hearing test and could schedule another appointment. No tips given on home treatments and the staff showed no concern In waiting over a month to even look at a dislodged ear tube. We will never be back.
