I’ve been a patient since 1997 and he delivered my 24 yr old son, he did my total hysterectomy in approximately 2015 or 2016 when he was in his office upstairs at Baptist Springhill and I love him and trust him with my life! But in his new office, I’ve called to leave a message for an overdue appointment and either there isn’t a messaging but it gives me plenty of time to think I’m leaving a message that’s being overlooked. Dr. Marks is an A+++ doctor and who I trust! But I can’t get a response from anyone. I hate to drive to make an appointment And I’m thinking that’s the only way to do that. I’ve called at night. I’ve called days. I am not getting to speak with anyone which is absolutely NOT the way he’s ran his office all these years.
