Everything was excellent except doing a review for a surgeon. Because many people experience life from an emotionally-driven child-like perspective, these type of reviews are not accurate and can even damage reputations. They prioritize simple things that most people wouldn't and thus give worthless information to us except their frequent disgruntled 1-star reviews. We should not be writing reviews for doctors, they went to medical school for many years and dedicate their lives and to have their reputation in some of these uneducated people's hands is a disgrace. Be the first company to do the right thing and don't reduce doctors to stars. My doctor was excellent, but he is the EXPERT-- not me!
