I second the other reviewer here. I can’t imagine why this guy got into medicine. Imagine a very bored, uncaring customer service agent. Now imagine that person has a medical degree and you’re coming to them for a very real-life problem.He lacks the basic empathy and listening skills that are so important for someone in a helping profession. Please avoid this guy at all costs, or at the very least know it’s not just you if you get dismissed by him.
