I had an appt at 10 and noone came for an hour. I heard the nurses talking about an elderly woman on how she smelled while cleaning up her room. All 4 people that checked in after me went before me. When I asked what was taking so long, the staff was unapolegtic and told me they had to take the woman before me because she had a UTI. Is that professional?
