June 2025, their office failed to verify/confirm that my referral was received prior to making my initial appointment. I assumed since the appt was made l was set up and good to go . In Nov 2025 when I received a large bill, I learned a referral was never received in June however, they proceeded to allow the scheduling of 3 more visits. Now I have a large balance to pay. Patients be very wary of this office. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.
