Dr Kahan was a bit arrogant during my initial visits to discuss my issues with bladder stones, but I let it go. Surgery was scheduled at Anna Jacques hospital to remove the stones using laser surgery. The morning of the surgery, as I was on my way to the hospital, I got a call from the hospital saying surgery was canceled because the necessary equipment hadn’t been delivered to the hospital. Ok, mistakes happen so I was upset but figured Dr Kahan would make it right. I was told by hospital staff that I would hear from his urology department. Nobody called me until 2 weeks later. When I called to talk to someone, all I got was a person that said she was a scheduler and couldn’t help me. I ended up finding another urology practice that was much more professional, and took care of my problems.
