Participated in Worker’s compensation IME. No choice in selection but kaneshiro. Seems professional but narratives and opinions are biased towards the employer. Disregards evidence that supports employee and writes off employee’s concerns as “subjective”. Speaks in a patronizing tone as if to condescend the employee. Writes off possibilities as impossibilities if not in the employer’s favor. Very biased for employer. Speaks volumes as he is a former surgeon-for the better of potential patients. Seemingly a lucrative side business for him. Zero or minus stars. Stance similar to a tax accessor or insurance adjuster. Avoid if possible, facts should not be biased towards favor either side.
