I have been with Dr Kanner for over 12 years. I HAVE NEVER seen or experienced any of the treatment that you suggest. You must be talking about a different doctor’s office. They would never curse or try to rush you off the phone. There is never a true wait time. Dr Kanner’s office is the most professional and helpful of any fictitious offices thay I’ve been in and that’s quite a few.
